Terms & Conditions - Tours

By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our application through whatever platform, and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and adhere to the terms and conditions as per below.

The Contract:

All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow.

1.      By making a booking with Vesuvius Tickets, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.      A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Vesuvius Tickets sends a confirmation email (travel voucher) which must be presented to the guide in charge of the service and entitles the user to use the service.  Vesuvius Tickets  also reserves the right to propose, via email, alternative solutions or any changes.

3. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods for booking our tours: Credit Card / PayPal The amount will be charged in Euros (€) to the indicated payment method. If your local currency is different, your bank will apply the conversion rate valid at the time of the order. The ticket price includes Italian VAT. Tempio Travel is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties applied by countries of residence other than Italy and not indicated in the published prices.

4. Booking information

To place an order, please fill out the online booking form. If you are booking for a group of people, DO NOT PLACE SEPARATE ORDERS. Add all people to the same booking in one order. Your request will be processed by Tempio travel and the total amount of the order will be charged to the payment method indicated only at the time of booking confirmation. Tempio travel will send you 1 with the booking number and useful instructions for the visit. We are not responsible for the malfunction and misuse of your email account. We are not responsible for lost bookings caused by errors in typing your email address.

5.      The customer, having received the ticket/tour/audioguide confirmation, checks its contents and reports any discrepancies via email to info@vesuviustickets.com within the following 48 hours.

6. Cancellation and Modification Policy

You can cancel or modify your reservation without penalties and additional costs at least 72 hours before the date of the tour by contacting Tempio travel directly at info@vesuviustickets.com . For some activities it is possible to change the date and / or time afterwards confirmation of the order, by sending an email to the contacts provided.

7.      These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between Vesuvius Tickets and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement.
